Patient Assistance Link (PAL) is a Web-based system that streamlines the processing of patient requests for medications, health supplies and services across a range of non-profit organizations and foundations that support patients in need.  A first in the patient assistance industry, PAL allows consumers, providers and caregivers to use a single application to access patient assistance programs from a range of different independent non-profit organizations that provide co-pay assistance for thousands of medications. 

PAL also supports the submittal of applications to alternative independent non-profit organizations if the initial organization is unable to meet the patient’s needs.  PAL is being expanded (PAL+) to include more independent non-profit organizations and services, including prosthetics and durable medical equipment.  SIS plans to integrate PAL with One-e-App in the near future.
