Paul collaborates with company and client executives on software development engagements to deliver against key performance indicators such as contract compliance, financial management, risk mitigation, quality assurance, resource utilization, and client satisfaction. He has over 25 years of cross-functional experience in business operations, information technology, supply chain, and sales and marketing.

Paul’s background includes positions at companies large and small, with both domestic and international scope, spanning health care, technology, consumer products, and retail. He holds bachelor of science degrees in business management and computer information systems. He completed the Executive Education Program at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Paul is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) as well as certified in Process Reengineering, Six Sigma, and Baldrige National Quality Program.
